   Wow core exercise I do a ton of stuff. I might have to make a video. I do a lot with the exercise ball, a lot of squats, lunges, balancing, jump rope, jumping, push ups, planks and the list goes on and on. I took a class on core exercise and I purchased a book on them. Thanks Melissa for the and have fun with the iron.

   Most of the time when zapped of energy and have a good reason for it (like being overworked or not sleeping), then dehyddration. Are you staying hydrated? I know taking your vitamins. Make sure getting in your fluids and see if that makes any difference. Otherwise, suggest some labs to see if lacking something simple to replace. Best wishes.
